10 “Brand new hotel, only open early January. Customer service was outstanding, with nothing too much trouble. Free tuk-tuk provided by hotel for guests was excellent when we wanted to go into town, etc. Restaurant was convenient and great value. Room very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Nice pool area. Monkeys played in trees around the pool. Staff very helpful when booking excursions. Staff all very friendly and courteous. Laundry with coin-operated washer and dryer was very convenient. We preferred staying in Krabi Town over the busy beach areas, so this hotel suited us perfectly. Close walk to main part of Krabi Town and a safe 10 minute walk home at night. Food at Krabi Town restaurants was sensational!”

The hotels own tuk tuk driver drove us wherever we wanted to go, at any time of the day. He even drove to the closest 7/11 to buy groceries for me, just gave him money and he went to buy everything we needed. Even the hotel owner drove wife to the dentist and picked her up when she was done. Everyone was extremely friendly, fantastic rooms, great beds. Quite outside. Walking distance to night market and shopping mall. Book the hotel! They really take care of you and makes sure you'll have a great stay!”
